Last updated: June 17, 2026

Gazeable Pte. Ltd. ("Gazeable," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of everyone who visits gazeable.com, books a discovery call, or purchases a Gazeable product or service. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it's used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use the site.

Category Examples Source
Contact details Name, email address, business name Discovery call form, checkout, contact form
Payment information Billing details processed for purchases (WIT, BFF, VIP, COW, BOSS) Checkout forms via Systeme.io
Project information Details shared during a discovery call, intake form, or brand strategy session Provided directly by you
Usage data Pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, general location Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Gazeable does not collect more than is needed to deliver the service requested, respond to an inquiry, or process a purchase.

2. How We Collect Information

Information reaches us through three channels:

  • Directly from you — when you book a discovery call, fill out a contact or intake form, or complete a checkout to purchase a product or service.
  • Automatically — through Google Analytics 4, which records how visitors use the site so we can improve it. See Cookies and Analytics below.
  • Through our website platform — gazeable.com is built and hosted on Systeme.io, which processes form submissions and checkout transactions on our behalf.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls
  • Deliver purchased products and services, including WIT, BFF, VIP, COW, and BOSS engagements
  • Process payments and send order confirmations or receipts
  • Communicate with you about an active or prospective engagement
  • Understand how visitors use gazeable.com so we can improve the site's content and performance
  • Meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not use the details you share during a discovery call or strategy session for any purpose beyond delivering your engagement.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Gazeable uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — which pages get visited, how long visitors stay, and what leads to a discovery call booking or purchase. GA4 uses cookies to collect this information anonymously in aggregate; it does not identify you personally.

Systeme.io, the platform gazeable.com is built on, may also set its own functional cookies to operate checkout, forms, and page delivery correctly.

If Gazeable adds advertising or retargeting cookies (such as a social media pixel) in the future, this section will be updated to disclose that use before it takes effect. You can control or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings — note that disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function, such as checkout.

5. How We Share Information

Gazeable shares information only with the service providers needed to operate the business and deliver what you've purchased or requested:

  • Systeme.io — website hosting, form processing, checkout, and payment handling
  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site usage data

We do not share, rent, or sell your information to advertisers or unrelated third parties. Information may be disclosed if required by law, to comply with a legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gazeable, our clients, or others.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver an active engagement, respond to your inquiry, and meet our accounting and legal obligations. Project and communication records connected to a client engagement are retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward, in case of follow-up work or legal requirements. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see Your Rights and Choices.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Withdraw consent for us to process your information, where consent is the basis for processing
  • Object to or restrict certain uses of your information

To exercise any of these rights, email grace@gazeable.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including relying on Systeme.io's security infrastructure for hosting, form, and payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your information protected and limit access to what's necessary to run the business.

9. International Visitors

Gazeable Pte. Ltd. is incorporated in Singapore and serves clients worldwide, including in Australia, Asia-Pacific, the United States, and Europe. By using gazeable.com or engaging Gazeable's services, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions other than your own, including Singapore and wherever our service providers operate.

10. Children's Privacy

Gazeable's services are intended for business owners, founders, and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, tools, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
