About Gazeable

Strategy-first. Designer-Led. AI-Powered.

Gazeable is an AI-powered brand studio that integrates brand strategy, visual identity, and UI/UX design into one connected system. It builds into your AI tools so your brand stays consistent long after the project ends.

The Gazeable Approach

AI can accelerate research, analysis, and documentation at a scale that wasn't possible before. But great branding has never been about information alone. It requires judgment, context, experience, and a deep understanding of people. At Gazeable, AI handles research and analysis while a senior brand strategy consultant and UI/UX designer validates insights, shapes strategy, and directs every creative decision. The result is thoughtful, strategic brand work delivered with greater speed and depth, without sacrificing human expertise.

Think of it as pilot and autopilot. AI handles the scale. The strategist flies the plane.

Why Gazeable Works

Gazeable wasn't built around AI. It was built around years of helping founders, startups, consultants, and growing businesses clarify their positioning, strengthen their brands, and create digital experiences people trust.

The expertise came first. The AI came later.

Today, that expertise guides every engagement, using AI to accelerate research and analysis while keeping strategic thinking, creative judgment, and decision-making firmly human.

Who this is for

Founders, Coaches And Established Businesses

Gazeable works with clients building something that matters, and whose brand hasn't caught up with how far they've come.

The founder with a vision

Ready to move beyond DIY branding. The idea is strong. The brand hasn't matched it yet.

The purpose-driven professional

A coach, consultant, or educator whose brand feels generic, not reflecting the depth of their actual work.

The established business ready to evolve

Business is doing well. The brand feels outdated or inconsistent with how far the company has come.

The Founder

The Work Spoke First. The Title Came Later.

Grace Fuentes Bordalba is a brand strategy consultant and UI/UX designer with two decades of experience building brands, products, and digital experiences across Singapore, Australia, and international markets.

Her work sits at the intersection of communication strategy, branding, customer experience, and digital product design, helping businesses not only define what they stand for, but translate that strategy into brands, websites, products, and experiences that people trust.

Today, she leads Gazeable, where she combines human expertise with AI-assisted workflows to help founders, consultants, coaches, SaaS companies, and growing businesses build AI-ready brand systems designed for long-term growth.

With a degree in Organizational Communication, Grace began her career in marketing, working with clients, developing campaigns, and learning how businesses communicate, persuade, and build trust. Design wasn't her formal background. It was a natural extension of understanding people.

When a major global web company put her through a design test, she outperformed experienced designers and programmers competing for the same role, despite having no formal design training and no design position on her résumé. That opportunity became the foundation of a career that evolved alongside the digital landscape itself, from graphic design and websites to mobile apps, UX, digital products, and today, AI-ready brand systems.

"Before I ever studied design, I studied people — how they communicate, what they respond to, and why things work. Design became the tool. Strategy was always the point."

Frequently asked

What People Want To Know

What is Gazeable?

Gazeable is an AI-powered, designer-led brand studio that builds brand strategy, visual identity, UI/UX design, and AI-ready brand documentation as one integrated system. Founded in 2016 by Grace Fuentes Bordalba, a brand strategist and designer with 20+ years of experience, Gazeable serves founders, coaches, and growing businesses in Singapore, Australia, and international markets.

Who founded Gazeable and what is their background?

Gazeable was founded by Grace Fuentes Bordalba, a brand strategist and UI/UX designer with over 20 years of experience across 14+ industries. She led design for global platforms including Wego.com and Perx in Singapore before founding Gazeable in 2016. Her background in Organizational Communication shapes a process where strategy always comes before aesthetics, where design is measured by whether it works, not just how it looks.

What does "AI-powered and designer-led" mean?

It means AI handles the research, analysis, and scale, while a senior designer and brand strategist directs every creative decision. No AI output goes to a client without strategic review. The result is faster, more thorough brand work without losing the human judgment that makes it right.

What is a human-in-the-loop branding process?

Human-in-the-loop branding means a trained designer, not just an AI tool, is responsible for every strategic and creative decision. At Gazeable, AI accelerates the research and discovery phase. The designer validates the findings, shapes the strategy, and leads the design. The client gets the benefit of both.

Does Gazeable handle both brand strategy and design?

Yes. Gazeable is a full-system studio: brand strategy, visual identity, and UI/UX design are one integrated engagement, not separate workstreams. This integration is what makes the AI-Ready Brand System possible: because the visual and verbal brand are built together, both can be documented in machine-readable format from the same source.

How do I make my brand consistent across AI tools?

The problem is documentation, not the tools. Most brands have never been documented at the level of specificity AI tools need to produce consistent output. Gazeable's AI-Ready Brand System audits your existing brand documentation, rebuilds it in machine-readable format (including SKILL.md and Brand Guide MD), and trains your team to use it. The result: ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and Jasper all produce on-brand output by default.

What makes Gazeable different from a regular design studio?

Three things no other studio combines: integrated brand strategy and UI/UX design built as one system; AI-powered research with designer-led judgment at every decision point; and post-handover brand configuration into the client's AI tools, including machine-readable brand documentation, so the brand stays consistent at scale.

What industries has Gazeable worked in?

Gazeable has worked across 14+ industries including SaaS, travel technology, financial services, coaching and consulting, healthcare, education, events, e-commerce, and creative services, for companies ranging from early-stage startups to established regional enterprises.

What is Organizational Communication?

Organizational Communication is the study of how messages and meaning move through people and systems, covering strategic messaging, persuasion, leadership, conflict resolution, and how organizations present themselves to the world. It sits at the intersection of psychology, business, and rhetoric.

Why does a communication background make a stronger brand strategist?

Because brand strategy is fundamentally about communication: how a business presents itself, what it says, to whom, and why it lands. Gazeable's founder studied how people communicate before ever opening a design tool. That foundation is what separates design that looks good from design that works.

Who is a good fit for working with Gazeable?

Founders, coaches, and established businesses whose brand hasn't caught up with how far they've come. Clients who want to understand and use their brand independently after the project, not stay dependent on a studio forever.

Where does Gazeable work?

Gazeable serves clients in Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom, and international markets. The studio is built to operate across time zones, serving founders, coaches, and established businesses at any stage of growth, wherever they are.
